ASSOCIATE MEMBER
WFN welcomes those organizations that do not meet the criteria for Partner Membership but who support the women and girls' funding movement to join us as Associate Members. This is open to foundations, corporations, organizations, or other grantmakers that support the mission of WFN.
WFN builds the movement. We raise the profile and perceptions of women and girls as solution-based leaders. We increase the visibility of women's and girls' funds by providing opportunities for them to broaden their constituency and share stories about the positive change they create locally and globally.
WFN strengthens its members. We offer ongoing capacity-building for women's foundations.
As an Associate Member you can take advantage of membership rates at our annual conference as well as several of our capacity building resources:
Organizational Capacity-Building

All tools are available in public foundation, private foundation, and women's fund within community foundation forms. They include:
- Online, interactive quiz that provides a quick top-level assessment, and helps Funds identify which of the organizational capacities warrant deeper assessment.
- 12 organizational assessment questionnaires - one for each capacity.
- A list of resources to support organizational development.
Grantmaking Capacity-Building
- Making the Case: A Learning and Measurement Tool for Social Change - An evaluation tool based on our theory of social change, which helps Funds to capture and articulate the social change impact of their grant dollars. The tool provides users with a private archive and automated reporting.
